Dawn of the Citrus is HHS' 3rd Anniversary Sauce, and is ONE BATCH ONLY (~55 bottles total). When it’s gone, it’s GONE, and it’s not coming back! For the 3rd anniversary of HHS, we made a sauce filled with weird and wild peppers including KSPS, All Hallow’s Eve, Sharknado Outbreak, and red and yellow Carolina Reapers! This is added to a base of pineapple and citrus including oranges, mandarins, yuzu, blood oranges, and lemons, and even more pure yuzu juice in the blend. This sauce screams citrus and heat, it could wake the dead!
